How do I place an order?
Simply browse our Shop All page, select your desired product(s), add them to your cart, and proceed to checkout.
We accept all major credit cards and secure payment methods.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
- Within 2 hours: Yes! Email us with your order number and we’ll do our best to adjust before fulfillment begins.
- After 2 hours: Orders that have entered fulfillment cannot be changed. You may refuse delivery or return the order once received (see Returns & Refunds below).
Do you offer bundles or multi-packs?
Yes! We offer:
- 2-Pack Bundles (mix & match)
- 3-Pack Bundles (best value)
- Family Pack (all 6 products)
Bundles provide the best value per bottle.
What payment methods do you accept?

Where do you ship from?
All orders are fulfilled in the U.S. ensuring fast, reliable delivery.
How long does fulfillment take?
Processing time is 1–3 business days
before shipment. Delivery times vary by destination:
- United States: 3–7 business days
- Canada & Europe: 7–14 business days
- Australia: 10–15 business days
Do you ship internationally?

How do I track my order?
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email. Use the carrier link
provided to follow your order.
My tracking hasn’t updated. What should I do?
Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show. If no update appears after 5 business days, contact us with your order number.

Can I take multiple products together?
Yes, but if you’re on prescription medication or managing a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before combining supplements.
What’s the recommended dosage?
Each label lists the serving size (typically 2 capsules daily). Do not exceed unless advised by a healthcare professional.

What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from delivery. Eligible returns
include:
- Unopened, sealed bottles in original condition
- Defective or damaged products (with photos)
Not eligible:
- Opened bottles (due to safety)
- Clearance or final-sale items
How do I start a return?
Email support@stelimasahealth.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable). We’ll send return instructions.
Who pays return shipping?
- Damaged/incorrect items: We cover return shipping.
- Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping.
When will I be refunded?
Refunds are issued 3–5 business days after your return is received and inspected. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Do I have to pay customs fees?
Yes. International customers are responsible for all customs, VAT, and import fees. We cannot control or predict these charges. Refusal to pay may result in the order being returned or destroyed without refund.
Can I track international orders?
Yes. Tracking is provided but may update more slowly once your package is in customs.
