We accept all major credit cards and secure payment methods.

  • Within 2 hours: Yes! Email us with your order number and we’ll do our best to adjust before fulfillment begins.
  • After 2 hours: Orders that have entered fulfillment cannot be changed. You may refuse delivery or return the order once received (see Returns & Refunds below).

🔄Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee from delivery. Eligible returns
include:

  • Unopened, sealed bottles in original condition
  • Defective or damaged products (with photos)

Not eligible:

  • Opened bottles (due to safety)
  • Clearance or final-sale items

Email support@stelimasahealth.com with your order number, reason, and photos (if applicable). We’ll send return instructions.

  • Damaged/incorrect items: We cover return shipping.
  • Change of mind: Customer pays return shipping.

Refunds are issued 3–5 business days after your return is received and inspected. Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

🌍International Orders

Yes. International customers are responsible for all customs, VAT, and import fees. We cannot control or predict these charges. Refusal to pay may result in the order being returned or destroyed without refund.

Yes. Tracking is provided but may update more slowly once your package is in customs.
